We need to process your personal information to run our business and provide you with the products and services. By accepting our Terms and conditions, you are confirming that you have read and understand this policy including how and why we use your information. If you donât want us to collect or process your personal information in the ways described in this policy, you should not use our products or services.

Information collected

In order to use the products and services on our website, you need to provide us with a valid email address, a name, billing address, postal address and telephone number. You may review, change, or remove these details in your account settings. You need to provide this information to enable us to provide you with the products ordered on our site. 

Please note all payment details are collected through are 3rd party supplier Paypal and not stored or held by us.

Control 

We know that customers value having control over their own information, so we give you the choice of editing or removing certain information. You may change or correct your account information through your account settings. 

Mailing Lists

As part of the registration process for new event bookings and new product orders, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things youâve relevant to what you may have purchased before e.g. wedding or children's party products Or to contact you if we need to obtain additional information about an order or event... Or to check our records are right and to check every now and then that youâre happy and satisfied. We do not share any of this information with any 3rd parties. 

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver and store our emails. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

We currently don't send regular emails and we will check for permission before sending you any emails or newsletters for relevance and permission.
